
Bryant’s National Dealer Convention marked the first event of its scale since 2006. With new industry regulations being introduced in 2023, the event needed to bring together thousands of dealers and distributor partners to communicate major changes, introduce new technology, and strengthen trust in the brands.
The challenge was to translate complex messaging into a high-impact live environment that could engage a large audience while reinforcing the identity of both brands. Visual content needed to work across massive LED surfaces, dynamic lighting systems, and large-scale presentation formats.


The stage design focused on creating an immersive, high-energy visual environment using bold typography, deep contrast, and large-format motion graphics. Content was designed to perform at scale across LED displays while remaining clear and legible for a 6,000-person audience. Coordinated lighting, animated visuals, and branded stage elements worked together to support keynote presentations and reinforce the event’s central message: Closing the Distance between innovation, partners, and the future of the industry.
